This page explains how Vendora handles user data deletion requests related to Vendora accounts and connected Facebook or Instagram integrations.
You may request deletion of eligible personal data by emailing support@vendora.app from the account email address associated with your Vendora account, or by using any in-product account deletion workflow made available to you.
If you connected Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts to Vendora, you may also revoke Vendora access directly from your Meta account settings. After access is revoked, Vendora will stop using those connected credentials, and eligible connected data will be removed or expired according to our retention rules and legal obligations.
Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, dispute handling, audit, or legal compliance purposes even after a deletion request is received.
If Meta sends a user data deletion callback to Vendora, we generate a confirmation code and status URL for that request. The status URL can be used as proof that the request was received and logged.
