This Privacy Policy explains how Vendora, a Dillexa product operated by Innovage Corporations, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal, business, and connected-platform data when you use Vendora websites, applications, APIs, publishing tools, and related services.
We may collect account information such as name, phone number, email address, company details, billing details, subscription records, login activity, device/session information, and operational business data that you enter into Vendora, including products, inventory, invoices, customers, suppliers, and reports.
If you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, or other supported channels, Vendora may process connected account identifiers, page identifiers, access tokens, refresh metadata, publishing permissions, post captions, scheduled content, media URLs, delivery status, and publishing history needed to publish, schedule, or manage content on your behalf.
We use data to provide the platform, authenticate users, protect accounts, process subscriptions, deliver support, generate analytics, maintain business records, publish or schedule social content, retain publishing history, troubleshoot errors, and improve service quality and security.
By using Vendora and connecting external accounts, you authorize Vendora to process the data reasonably required to provide the requested services. You are responsible for connecting only accounts, pages, and profiles that you own or are authorized to manage.
Access tokens and similar credentials are stored and used only for the purpose of maintaining authorized integrations and performing the actions you request, such as publishing, scheduling, or retrieving account metadata. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect these credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, hosting, storage, messaging, analytics, payment, security, and platform integration providers strictly as needed to operate Vendora. Connected-platform data may also be transmitted to Meta or other third-party platforms when you request publishing or account synchronization.
We retain data for as long as required to provide services, maintain account continuity, preserve audit and publishing logs, comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Connected-platform credentials may be removed or invalidated when integrations are disconnected, expired, or revoked.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible data, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements. You may also revoke connected platform permissions from the relevant third-party platform, disconnect integrations inside Vendora, or request account deletion.
Vendora may use cookies, local storage, access logs, and security monitoring to maintain sessions, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and reliability.
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions where Vendora, its affiliates, or service providers operate. Where required, we implement reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service and the nature of the data processed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of Vendora after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
